See... THIS is what happens when people are willing to take the time to pay attention and learn in detail. Nice stuff happens to those who respect others.

[spoiler=Tutorial on How I made This]

File: New > 325 x 126 Pixels

Paste Render > Adjust to W: 52.0%/ H: 52.0% | Angle -10.8 >>> Place it a little to the right side, and adjust angle further as needed. Name it "Main Render".

Duplicate Render Layer | Resize to 114.2% W and H. Filter > Blur > Motion Blur 38 degrees and Distance : 41 Pixels. Place below Render Layer (and name this layer "Motion Render"). Add Layer Mask > Brush with a soft Black along the Left Edge of the figure so no Blur is visible on that side.

Find a City Stock (Image) like this one , and paste it on naming it "Background Image". Place it below the Motion Render Layer and Resize accordingly. Then set the Motion Render Layer on Linear Dodge: Opacity 29%.

Select 2 bright colors from the Main Render and add them to your color Pallete. Hide both Render Layers after. Select your Background Image Layer then Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Gradient Map (choose the one that blends the colors without looking like a negative by clicking or unclicking the Reverse box as needed). Name this layer "Gradient Background" and set to Soft Light: Opac 56%. Unhide Render Layers.

Find a Stock of a good looking sidewalk like: this one . Cut out as needed and keep only the sidewalk. Make sure it fades out into the side and Filter > Brush Strokes > Cross Hatch. Then Layer Style: Saturation : Opacity 49%. Name this layer "Sidewalk".

Click on the Main Render Layer and Duplicate. Name it "Dust Smudge". Smudge it with a Smudge Brush around the feet to create a cloud effect. (Be sure not to touch a little above the torso of the Render). Then press Shift + CTRL + U to desaturate the image. Image > Adjustments > Brightness Contrast and set to Brightness + 150/Contrast + 100. Set this layer to Overlay: Opac 100%

New Layer > Image > Apply Image. Name this one Cloned Background. Grab the Clone Stamp Tool and Select the Collumn at the far left and Alt Click at the far bottom left corner of the column. Proceed to brush in the feature a little to the right from below the image up to the underpass as needed without making the rest look unnatural. Reapply a Clone Stamp as needed to remove any unwanted areas. Do the same with the Right side and remove the lamp post.

New Layer > Image Apply Image and name this one "Depth". Blur along the right edges of the character and all Background feature that is not concrete except for the very right edge where you blur everything except the characters cape. Set this layer to Normal: Opac 34%.

New Layer and name this one "Lighting". Grab your Gradient Tool and use a pure white gradient on Circular. Place it a little off the screen at his shoulders and set it to Normal: Opac 41%.

Save and voila?

Really Good Tutorial' date=' I would include Pics, for people who dont know the basics of PS.

However, It may just be me. But when i look at the Outline of the render it looks like it has a tiny whit outline.
