Gold Series

Gold Series 3 is nothing but reprints of very, very, VERY old cards. If it came out 2 or 3 years ago, it would have been a godsend, but now it's mostly just "meh". Everyone who wanted these cards got them ages ago.

Has anyone noticed that the commons in this Gold Series look very much like they are fake, even though they aren't. Anyway, I am after all the Blackwings (I traded most of the ones I had for a TSHD sneak-peak mat), Stardust and Rai-Oh. The MST would also be nice to have to bling up my deck a little bit.

Every card game has re prints, unlike Magic and Pokemon...our's are actually good. In addition, this particular set lowers the value of many cards that are shortprinted and otherwise difficult or expensive to get.

JD was 90 bucks, plague 40..even the commons are good, Mali, Stardust.

Yeah, the cards are old...but they are still widely played...thus the reason why they are in the pack.

Not everyone started Yu-Gi-Oh years ago or has the money to buy the most expensive cards, so I think this Gold Series is just the best. Reprints are needed. Of course, there are elitists that spent a lot of money on those cards years ago in higher rarity that are now butthurt because their cards worth less.

As for me, I couldn't care less, pros are such morons. We need more reprints, so the meta is accesible to everyone. Also, we need a somewhat more balanced game and a slower meta (winning so fast that you don't even play 1/4 of your deck isn't funny). All I said seems to be Konami's doings lately, as this meta is even slower than the other before. As for balanced, we can always get our fingers crossed. For the rest, I couldn't be happier.
