The meta-game is so based on activating the effects of strong cards, this deserves to be Limited. Very good, albeit very OPed, with a perfect picture.

I mean, with no small cost to it this is very well OPed.

It targets all Level 4 and higher monster, so indeed.

The problem is...

 

THE TRAP HOLE SERIES ACTIVATE WHEN THE MONSTER IS SUMMONED OR SET(IN THE CASE OF ACID TRAP HOLE)

 

So not Trap Hole here... other than that:

Possibly;

"Activate only when the effect(s) of a Level 4 or higher monster(s) [b']that was Summoned this turn[/b] is activated. Negate that effect(s) and destroy the monster(s). "

Much better...

 

Thought due the name you gave to it:

"Actvate only when a monster is Summoned while there are 3 or more monsters on the field. Destroy the Summoned monster and remove it from play."

And we loose the Trap Hole thing o.o (destroy)
