9/11 was a ton of people. Your classmate is one. Is his life less than any other's life? No. But it was a one family/friends thing. 9/11 effected many people.

 

Also, in the past few years, I've lost 2 classmates/church friends (You could look them up), 2 of my cousins, a friend's dad, and more. Death is abundant, and those are just ones that impacted me, personally.

 

Heck, just last Tuesday my French teacher's dad died. She's yet to come back. but it does not de-value 9/11

Why use that as an argument knowing that? That makes it null and void. They're normal Muslims, not terrorists, so that argument makes no sense.
