If you control 3 or more face-up "Machine Emperor" or "Machine Imperial" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, select any number of other "Machine Emperor" or "Machine Imperial" monsters you control and send them to the Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the combined original ATK of the sent monsters. Each time a player Special Summons a Synchro Monster, inflict 1000 damage to that player.ATK/0 DEF/0If you read this effect right, you should notice it does not say "Cannot be Special Summoned, except by [X]".Meaning you could Tomato into this, and then Machine-Derp it.
