I'm gonna start working on the Routes, Cities. .etc

 

NOTE: This takes place BEFORE Black and White's events, for this reason I show more diverse Pokemon and Forests, Cities are not that advanced yet and are named differently. There are Gyms though they feature different leaders, but maintain the same types and badges. This makes things easier on me, having not played Black and White yet and gives you guys room to create a atmosphere that you want.

Guys, I'm planning to have a place nearby the 1st Gym called The Cave of Beginning.

 

It'll be destroyed by the time of Black and White, forcing its resident Pokemon to go elsewhere.

 

It will have a ton of unique Pokemon.

 

The Lunar Team will strike there first.

 

Also, it'll be where you get your Monozu Black.

 

Any suggestions for the Cave?

The cave should be Mossy, and damp in parts, and light (via ceiling holes) and warm in others.
