If you can get friends to agree, you can easily add new sets and cards to play with, not to mention anime cards or w/e. I guess it's probably the least user friendly of them, however it has a pretty low learning curve and once you figure out how it works it is unequivocally the best. I use YVD because YGN never works on my labtop. Uploading cards is cool.(I've never done it though) I do hate facing those who need to lrn the rules.
