It cannot be used against the activation of “Wave-Motion Cannon” or the activation of the effect of “Wave-Motion Cannon”. I mean, sure you COULD tribute it to deal 0 damage, but...*sigh* Stupid ruling. Can anything but Hanewata stop Wave Motion? Barrel Behind the Door, etc don't.
