Overall, 7/10.I would say "When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Flip Summoned, all monsters on your side of the Field gain 500 ATK." That makes it sound better, and it's a lot less OP'd. This way, the cards permanently gain the 500 ATK, which isn't very unbalanced at all. If you wanna balance it more, go even lower than 500.
