I've had one worse.A guy said Effect monsters are stupid.He refused to face anybody that ran effect monsters.>_> ... Wow. Just wow. I haven't dueled any idiots online, but real life, yes I have. They have the generic MST negates, and one of them told me he couldn't be beat. So the next day I brought a deck that ran completely random cards, and beat him on the fourth or fifth turn. Eh, everyone thinks it at least when they start, it's the people who argue even after you tell them that are annoying. I have no problem dueling someone that is wrong as long as they accept it. Sadly, a lot of them don't. Oh, I remembered something. My friend was trying D-Heroes since we play casually, and I knew his cards better then he did, so I would read the card, then tell him that it didn't work like that. I just hate when people don't even no rulings or effects of there own cards. I've been here when i just make a deck on YGN and not use to the cards. but i listen to people and reread the effect(sometimes i misread because i'm scamming) than i just laugh it off. I've dueled against someone who quit on his 1st turn because i was running Aliens along with stardust and SLR for backrow protection. I went 1st and set SLR facedown and some other card. His turn he plays heavy storm i chain with SLR and summon stardust.(i also had no monsters) The guy goes all RAEG because i had my slogan as no Tier 1 Decks and than calls me a p**** for using it <.<. Is there something wrong with protecting your backrow and getting monster out when you need one.... I think people need to get out of their bubbles and stop being wimps. He just said that it worked better at 50 and he would never ever reduce it. Now given how I kick his ass every single time we duel within five turns usually, I really wonder how he could possibly think his deck was running at full potential in that state. But this one time, some kid I knew from years ago, a year or so younger than me wanted to duel. As I was the only one who wasnt in a match I said ok I'm game. I set the rules, because he didnt know what rules he wanted to use, so I set them as 4000 LP, O LP or deckout to lose, 40-50 card decks, no Dark Holes, Remove Traps, De-Spells. or Monster Reborns, and we put up a card that has to be a Rare or above any edition. Loser hands the card over. This was years ago mind you, so battle goes, around 8 turns or so I have 3000 LP and he's at 2500. My last turn I set Giant Soldier of Stone, Lightforce Sword, and Negate Attack. On the field I had Summoned Skull. He draws some crap card like time seal and uses it on me then summons Dark Magician and Equips it with an Equip card. Book of Secret Arts I think. He then attempts to attack. I activate Negate Attack and stop it. His turn ends and I go. I cant draw but already have my trump card. I then play Lightforce Sword and take out a Spell card he was planning on playing to destroy my monster when it attacks. I sack my Summoned Skull to Summon Great Maju Garzette which enables him to get double the ATK of the Tributed monster making him 5000 then I sweep for game. He then whines cause I did that and refuses to own up to the loss and hand over the card. I then tell him, he dont wanna lose a card, dont let a card hunter make the rules. Why do people do that? Oh right, people don't like losing... I can understand leaving due to time, I've done it before, but I at least gave it as a win to the opponent.
