This card can attack while it is in Defense Position. If this card attacks while in Defense Position, apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation. I remember this guy. Wish I had it IRL, even though none of my Decks could use him. He's more for fun than actual use. The ATK of the card would increase with Mage Power/any other increaser. Eh. Anyway, I <3 this card. Too bad his DEF is too low to really matter too much anyway. His ATK is horrid.
