A Counter Trap, it has a lot of speed.

 

The picture is great, but just correct the text to avoid exceptions, for example, if you wish to use it with an Elemental Hero Fusion Monster, you should write this:

 

"Activate when a Fusion Monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, ignoring any summoning conditions, and equip it with this card. Halve the ATK of that monster during each of your Battle Phases until the End Phase. If that monster is destroyed, you can add the Fusion Material Monsters used for the Fusion Summon of that card to your hand."

 

This is just my oppinion, you have the last word.

Nice idea. If you have it ignore summoning requirements then its helps heroes out alot.

As for OCG,

 

If you meant the ATK halving to be only during your battle phase and non stacking, word it like this:

 

"Activate when a Fusion Monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, ignoring any summoning conditions, and equip it with this card. During your Battle Phase, the ATK of the equipped monster is halved. If the equipped monster is destroyed, you can add the Fusion Material Monsters used for its Fusion Summon from your graveyard to your hand."

 

If you meant it to stack every turn then word it like this:

 

"Activate when a Fusion Monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, ignoring any summoning conditions, and equip it with this card. During each of your Battle Phases, halve the ATK of the equipped monster. If the equipped monster is destroyed, you can add the Fusion Material Monsters used for its Fusion Summon from your graveyard to your hand."

I really like the picture and as for the effect it is really good. I do not see many trap or spell cards on here unless they are part of a set so this is really refreshing.
