While you have 2 or more DARK monsters, increase the ATK of all DARK monsters on your side of the field by 400. When a DARK monster declares a direct attack, your opponent discards 1 random card. This card can be treated as a Level 3 Tuner monster to a Synchro Summon of a "Ally of Justice" Synchro Monster.

the effects aren't that powerful either. plus it says to increase the ATK of ALL DARK monster on the field, so your opponent also gets the boost?
