touzaikokon
Okie dokie. I did this for a contest, but I really want to show this off here...so yeah. It's a little bit Toon World, and a little bit Field Spell. Abuseable? You decide. Here we go:
Toon Realm] Pay 1000 Life Points. This card's name is treated as "Toon World" while it is on the field. Both players can Special Summon Toon Monsters without Tributing. Toon Monsters can attack during the turn they are Summoned. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to activate 1 "Toon World" in your Deck or Graveyard without paying Life Points. rate/hate/comment. jack781217
No Tribute required and Toons can attack the turn they are Summoned? Seriously? I know Toons are extremely vulnerable to Toon World being destroyed, but... Consider Toon Gemini Elf, Toon Mask Sorcerer, and Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon... Survivor
I like it. And it can be placed as a back-up for Toon World in case it's lost. I think that everything works on this card and I wouldnt be surprised if someone said that it was an actual card. 9.5/10!

infinitysqrd
It is realy cool but you don't need to tribute to special summon
NeXodus
Sweet card 'n all, but I must ask... Started usin' MSE couple days ago, and if that what you use,how did you get the copyright symble there? I don't think it's mandatory when making cards, but it does make the card lookmore authentic. Dun awnser if you dun want to. @infinity, yeah you do. Some card's requirements make you tribute cards. OCG is solid and I'm likin' the picture. 9/
legendhiro
op'ed like crazy. this plus an ult. offering or even a double spell can mean instant OTK or at the very least huge field advantage. toons are given the limits that you have removed because without them they would be too strong. the concept is good, however, so 6/10. You just type (c) into Microsoft Word, or even this forum, and that automatically turns it into the copyright symbol. ( as shown here: © ) Then you copy/paste.
