However, Peiris still had Book of Moon and used it to turn the opposing X-Saber Airbellum face-down, making it impossible for Kin Wang to Synchro Summon! An attack by Volcanic Rocket later, play was back to Peiris. You can't attack with a M-Con'd monster, did they mean B-Con? EDIT: I also want to run Fossil Dyno now... The american one was bigger because you only had to top a regional to qualify, but we had to top a regional then top nationals just to play. Only about 300 people qualified cause konami are idiots so 183 is still a good turnout. One guy got a 1 year ban from konami events for sexual assault, while another got a 1 year ban for bribing an opponent XD Somehow you would think one would require a bigger banning... Akira Posted July 18, 2010 Report Share Posted July 18, 2010 I just got home from this. Was an amazing event, traded for a TON of foreign cards including 3 German Doomcaliber Knights. Europeans were just doing straight up trades for whatever language their cards were in (mostly German it seemed) for English versions =D (though I STILL couldn't trade for a god damn HL Yellow Gadget!!!) Also did a load of friendlies and met some awesome peeps of various nationalities, so both days were thoroughly enjoyable. Duelling against someone who speaks little to no English was interesting ^^ Oh and some random French guy had a massive screaming fit at the judges and almost got kicked out o_e Here's a pic I took from the prize display cabinet... Unfairnities - the only meta deck I have ever hated with such an unfathomable rage that it would cause your head to spin like a centrifuge if you got wind of it. And looks at Togores' haircut.
