Pojo is epic fail....(mostly)

Recommended Posts

In before the inevitable "YCM is worse" post.

They're about on par to be honest and that is terrible.

see i have to disagree. i don't think ycm is even close to as bad as that sheet. no one on here thinks rescue cat is anything less than broken. except maybe the newbies, and any site can have those.

Well I joined this site on MARCH 2007. However, I got bored and made, like, 0 posts. I forgot about it for a year. Then I got back into it, finally began doing stuff. Was a noobie to the game.

But through the years of being here, I evolved into a proper player.

I also got good spelling from Card Making and lolstuff.

But yeah, I joined pojo a year later, to see how noobish they were. Infact, I just posted a thread there since YCM was being all slow a few days ago, about my deck I was using.

lol, they wanted me to use more jinzos and jinzo returners in my machina deck. LOL.

But yeah, I would love to do card of the day, just so I can smack them pojololst00pidplayerneedzfalconpawnchNAO.

Junk Destroyer isn't as bad a card as it seems' date=' but it's still not very good, as hypocritical as that statement may be. We have a Level 8 Synchro Monster, Earth type, with 2600 attack and 2500 defense, which is a problem to start. Junk Destroyer is Synchro Summoned with Junk Synchron, and one or more non-Tuner monsters.

Now, the biggest problem, after that, is being you want to use a lot of monsters here to Synchro Summon, but if you normal summoned Junk Synchron and use his effect, you're all ready up to 5 stars (likely)...leaving only 3, and that likely means one other monster...

When Junk Destroyer is Synchro Summoned, you can select and destroy cards on the Field up to the number of non-Tuner monsters used as Synchro material for this card. SO...it could be five cards I suppose, if you do Junk Synchro plus five other non-Tuner monsters, but why would you do that?

Hell, why would you play Junk Destroyer at all? Just for the cool picture? I think not. You're likely getting one card from the effect, and that's not worth a 2600 attack Level 8 Synchro.

Ratings:

Traditional: 1/5

Advanced: 1.5/5 It does something, just not very well.

Art: 4/5 [/quote']

Um... I'm pretty sure that is nowhere near right.

I'm... shocked... This is the first time I'm looking at Pojo at all. Even I'm not this bad at the game...

Techno: Rescue Cat OTK was available before Synchros' date=' bro.

*thinking*

... I'm stumped. Unless this also requires you to have the banlist AND cardpool all memorized too, in which case, *shrug*. If it's something like "Summon Cat. Sac for 2x beatsticks. Prem + Reborn for more beatsticks. United We Stand, GG." then, lolz.

Pika, your close, but it went like this~

Back when Rescue Cat was@3, and we had Last Will:

Play Last will -> Summon Rescue Cat -> It searches 2 Milus Radiant -> Last Will gives you another Cat -> Cat searches 3rd Milus and a Gyaku Panda

I just read that Pojo post, and it made me cry.

GaoGaiGar is the ultimate shape of courage, and the true god of destruction.

Its card reflects that, as its an amazing/key card to any Yusei.dek

When I knew Rescue Cat for first time' date=' I thought, bah, a useless card. But when the first beast tuners were released and I experienced from firts hand what it could do, I releasized I was terribly, terribly mistaken.

Nyeh, same.

No, it is broken.

lolPojo.

A 1-card Synchro Summon for Level 6 or less Synchros is gamebreaking.

Hardly.

A 1-card Level 6 Synchro that nets you a +4 is gamebreaking.

this + consider the level 6 targets. a one card goyo or brio is definitely game breaking. the +4 is just idiocy on top.

Brionac itself is banworthy and Goyo is probably banworthy too (I still haven't come to a conclusion with Goyo but it does seem banworthy). Yeah maybe gamebreaking is giving it a bit much credit but consider the fact that Synchro Summons typically require 2 or more Monsters. Also, where do the +4s come from?

I think our newbies are like the Pojo-regulars' date=' imo, we get a swarm of newbies, 10% know the game, 60% get chased off by us becuase they super-suck at the game, 10% are trolls, and 20% stay but only 5% of that 10% evolve into good duelists.

I wonder which was me when I joined YCM......

Kinda messes with your mind a bit.

I know I'm not a noob; you can ask Genma or look at my two archetype creations.

The review was from July 16th, 2010, 10 days ago. I'm pretty sure it's safest to assume here that Dark Paladin's just a funking retard. Would be a reasonable review if it were from when it were first released or something, but that's just inexcusable. The other reviewers for that COTD know what they're talking about though, so we can hardly be blame Pojo here.
