EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 EARTH monsters and 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard. You can Tribute 1 EARTH monster to destroy 1 card on the field. Increase this cards ATK by 200 each time this effect is used. When this card destroys a monster due to battle increase this cards ATK and DEF by 200. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle remove it from play.

This card seems fun to play with, Scapegoat = destroy your opponent's field xD, and Dandy Tokens. I wish Black Ptera wasn't a WIND monster =0

and its not overpowered. In fact, I was about to complain about the drawbacks (level 9, fairly low ATK and a complete nomi... the Summoning Conditions from the Graveyard aren't really that hard ^-^).. until I saw the Token potential.

No, they can. They just cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon

But anyways, the Scapegoats are Limited to 1 per Deck so, Dandylion would me more of a focus.
