evilfusion
Gravity Bind + Level Limit love this, too. It does completely destroy the level = estimate of power, since it's a level 1 with a ton of attack and those effects. Pros: Spell destruction effects have to be accumulated in twos in order to get past Wisel, and if they succeed, you might end up summoning another Wisel. Also, since it's not split into pieces, you can have other cards supporting it, such as Stardust Dragon, or Union monsters like Heavy Mech or Gearframe. This way, even if your Machine Emperor is destroyed, you're not utterly defensely. It can be Special Summoned if ANY of your faceup monsters is destroyed by an effect, and any player's effect can trigger the summon. There is no limit to the number of Synchros you can absorb (well, aside from your S/T zones). Cons: It doesn't get the cool effects of the Wisel Guard's attack absorption, or Wisel Attack 3's piercing, and Wisel Top 3's S/T negation (it does get Spell negation, so good). It's also a nomi. The pros majorly make up for the cons.
