Omnomnomnomnom! [First Card]

Yes, Synchros were somewhat tuned down, and aren't so powerful anymore.

I do have a crapload of cards that could easily destroy the Synchro monsters, but it gets worse when you get screwed over by effect and card lockdowns.

Most duelists aren't stupid enough to allow a simple Raigeki Break or anything like that to destroy their Synchros just when they get them up.

Spam Dark Bribe ftw.

Some people literally have their entire decks revolved around getting out Synchros, and maintaining them >>...

But yeah, I guess you could keep dive bombing with a lot of monster destroying Spells/Traps until they finally die.

This is sorta where Light and Darkness Dragon comes in, and any other anti-effect lockdown cards.

Well anyway, point is, I don't use Synchros, mainly because I don't like how they're played. Some people seriously get them Synchro Summoned within a couple of moves. It's just unbelievable.

And to think, Fusion Summons took forever, which Synchros take only a couple of seconds, with the right cards. It's quite the enhancement.

Well yes, obviously. Would you like tons of Brionac-esque cards? ._.

If you had the cards that could easily destroy them, then you shouldn't really be affected by their card lockdowns/effects... :/

And for your information, quite a few times have I been able to destroy Synchros with Raigeki Break, because it is generally stupid easy.

If you activate Dark Bribe, I'll activate mine. Most players aren't stupid enough to activate something without a failsafe to go by.

"Dive Bombing"? I don't get the term...

If you don't like how they're played, don't play them. Doesn't mean that they can't still be good cards. To be honest... The game is so easy to do a Synchro Summon in. It's called a Synchro Toolbox deck. -_-;;

But the thing is Fusion Summons where never good, except for things like Absolute Zero or Great Tornado and Gyzarus. Synchro Summons were meant to be quick and easy.

The naturia cards that are coming out (like naturia balkion, naruria cliff, and naturia bamboo shoot) are making naturia decks crazy awesome. Very easy to summon synchros in there, and the no magics or traps got peoplez screwed.

I think light and dark dragon needs to get banned, or at least put to one. Its so frikkin annoying. I feel like im getting raped when people get it out on me.

I must say this is a well designed card. Not super original effect-wise but very well made none-the-less. A lot better than the broken crap Konami seems to always come up with.

On the subject of Synchros, the quick and easy concept isn't really a bad thing but some of the Synchros I do agree are quite broken. Brionac, Dark Strike Fighter, Stardust Dragon, Goyo Guardian are notable examples of this. Way too strong to be generic Synchros. Stuff like Naturia Beast and Dark End Dragon are real life examples of good Synchros that aren't broken.

Haha, thank you. ^^;; I know it wasn't super original, but I didn't want to jump in straight at the deep end .////.;; And yes, I'd agree with the last statement. ^^

Most of the Synchros you noted were back from when they first started, in such a point where Konami had no idea of how much of an impact they'd make on the game, so you can't really blame them with Brionac, Goyo and DSF. They wouldn't know how easy Synchro Summoning would become... So they tried to fix it with their ban list placements. Unfortunately, I'm kind of disappointed that Stardust has yet to be hit at all.

I agree with your non-broken examples as well. ^^

Well i find it hard to trust this is your first card i is still great. The picture is epic the effect is good. You must have been looking around for a very long time to realize the mistakes most newbies make and avoid them. Congrats on not making Master Chief or a sterotypical dragon as your first card...WAIT IT IS A DRAGON! YOU AUTO FAIL! But seriously congrats on making an awsome card 9/10
