This card cannot be special summoned except by Synchro summon with the required matireal monster. During the turn this card is Synchro Summoned this card is uniffected by card effects. Once per turn, you can discard either a spell or a trap card in your hand to the graveyard to activate one of the following effects depending on the card you discarded.

* Spell: Select one spell or trap on your opponents side of the field and place it in one of your empty spell and trap card zone.

* Trap: Select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field, then reduce that monsters ATK and DEF to 0 until the End-Phase and increase this cards ATK by 500.

I think I've seen the Fancy Heros before. The set's far too big to expect anyone to be bothered to read through every single card, required for making a proper judgment on anything in the set.

I'm not sure I remember chizuru's cards correctly (I can't find her set since the forum change) but isn't F-Hero Kosmos a Level 7 Synchro monster (that already requires Micro Kosmos as a Tuner) and Micro Kosmos a Level 1 Tuner? In which case this card doesn't really make sense, both Level-wise and material-wise?
