You can equip it any monster on the field, that means you can equip to your OPPONENTS monster card.Reducing your opponents biggest monsters ATK to 0.Not a bad card if you ask me. Maybe one which decreases the attack of all monsters with equip cards by yada yada and then you'd want to equip it to the opponent; because seriously nobody in their right mind equips any of the most-played equip spells to their opponents (United, Mage Power, Axe of Despair). Either that or I'd use Scroll of Bewitchment and use my E-charmer to take control of their monster. I'm thinking of a way that this can work, honest..... And if it reduces any monster's ATK to 0 then it's too powerful, if there were any specefications then the text would be longer.
