After thinking a bit personality seemed somewhat alike as well. New Smash Bros?Well according to Sakurai he won't make another one. But knowing Nintendo and how they don't tend to like dropping things that make them lots of money, I could see another one coming out. No idea on time frame though. We can hope it would be before the Wii's successor comes out but I'm not sure. Lots of people need to be added as new characters. But yeah, Waluigi does seem to deserve a spot just because he's everywhere in all the sports/party games. I don't mean cut characters out of the game, I mean revamp their movesets.Bring back Mewtwo (it was retarded to take him out).Bring in cool new characters like Waluigi.Give Mario a better Down B (my idea would be something similar to Zelda/Sheik, switching between power-ups that changes Mario's B attack from fireball to ice ball and to whatever else).And design a better Story Mode. Their moveset is similar, albeit Luigi's is better. Luigi can jump higher, can defy gravity more. And his Final Smash is better.
