Each active user in the Worldwide Duel in the past week will be allowed to Submit 5-15 cards (you were considered active if you had 3 or more duels confirmed by me or -Griffin). And if your cards are of quality nature you will be allowed to fix them (unlike the standard implied rules). Next week if the numbers increase I'll turn on a Special Event and introduce a new kind of card into the game. One for every active Duelist. The person with the most duels this week will also be rewarded handsomely. First you complained about too little cards and now only 11 of almost 40 (37) cards you reviewed will become testable. Sure there are few cards that are bad for our game just by looking at it, no question, but accepting a so small amount of cards is only slowing things down. Example: 5 of my cards were accepted. For my next 9 * 3 duels I will only submit cards that were rejected, so that i can test them properly. I mean if a card, that could be too powerful, emphasises itself as balanced after testing it, we can just keep that card in the .set and save 2 respectively 3 duels that were needed just to submit that card. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard to gain Life Points or inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's Level x300. - Reinforcement of the Abyss / Normal Spell Card Pay 1000 Life Points. Add 1 Level 6 or lower DARK monster from your Deck, Graveyard or that is removed from play to your hand. That monster cannot be Summoned this turn. Dark Deals / Normal Spell Card Remove from play 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard. Add 1 DARK monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand whose Level is equal to or lower than Level of the removed from play monster. - Possessed Orb / Normal Spell Card Each time a DARK monster is sent to the Graveyard, place 1 Possessed Counter on this card. You can remove any number of Possessed Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or Graveyard whose Level is equal to the number of Possessed Counters removed.
