I like the picture, but the effect might be a little too good, maybe just send it to their hand like you did your own card?

 

Anyways overall I like the card, but I don't like what you did with the borders. (I just like normal looking cards)

Also I noticed the "wind" attribute symbol is not in english like the rest of the card?

It was supposed to return to the top, just to annoy your opponent. It is not that good, Phoenix Wing Wind Blast is better IMO and you just need to discard 1 card.

I believe it a useful card... but will end up on the limitation list... it can anoy terribly your opponent if you find a way to cover it.

That's what I want. A powerful card that can't be banned, at least limited.

So, you get to bounce a card back to your hand to spin a card back to your opponent's Deck. Quite a nice card. Stopping your opponent from drawing any new cards is great for stall and to limit your opponent's moves in battle. To make this balanced, you can only control one, which is reasonable. Having it also be treated as Winged-Beast is also somewhat beneficial. 9.9/10

Useful. Very much so... but it is slightly OP. not enough to ban it, no, but it is OP. I'd say it would be limited, but I can see this being used quite a bit. I did not see any OCG errors, I think... 8.5/10
