It could Special Summon them and give them 2000 extra ATK. Ice Barrier's would still suck.

Hopefully that's right. .-.

 

This would be a very good combo with Brionac...

Actually scratch that . . . a seriously good combo. Brionac's effect activates sending Ice Barrier monsters to the Graveyard. This card effect activates, and sends them back to your hand (this is good sense Brionac can use his effect more than once) (If you have enough Ice Barriers you would easily clear the field for a direct attack).

 

Serious Beatstick right there.
