My new Cyber Dragon

I made a version of the Cyber Dragon so think of him as like a brother

 

Effect: "When this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dragon" from your Deck or your hand. By paying 1000 Life Points, this card is unaffected by the effect of Trap Cards."

I think you should put a cost like pay 1500 life point, or something.

How's it overpowered it's atk is 100 points stronger than the orignal and they'res nothing increasing his ATK either

Increasing ATK effects are today one of the wrost effects.
A card can be whiped out quickly even if it has 5000 ATK.

You don't know about the game much do you?
Special Summoning a 2100 card from the deck to the field is overpowered.

OCG: 7/10 not very good, but since it's a 2 lines effect I can't see much.

6.7/10 overall.
it's not so bad, 6.7 is like a 7/10 which means good.

BEFORE: If this card is destroyed in battle Special summon "Cyber Dragon" from deck or hand, This card cannot be destroyed by Trap cards

AFTER: If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Dragon" from your Deck or your hand. This card is unaffected by Trap Cards.

That should be it. Make it a Level 6, and put a drawback.

for example, Gravity Bind.
