When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If "Toon World" is on your field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, toss a coin and call it, if you call it wrong, increase your Life Points by 350.[/center]

Lord Smeagle
I don't really see the point of this card. It looks like it belongs in an Unhinged set. I suppose it has its advantages since you can gain some of the LP back that you pay for the other Toons, and he himself doesn't pay LP...but any rate, the picture is funny and I dig it, so 7/10. Not your best work, though.
Blake
May I ask a question? Why does a Toon monster have an effect that pertains to destroying monsters?
Deustodo
Because it is riding a unicorn with an atomic horn. And because he can be summoned without Toon World on the field. So he would need to attack the monsters.
