-Griffin
|Oracle of the Earth|Spellcaster/EARTH|Level 4|1400 ATK|1700 DEF| |Once per turn, you can increase the level of 1 monster you control by 1. If you do, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. While this card is in the Graveyard, when a "Moon Dragon Quilla" or "Sun Dragon Inti" is Summoned, this card is removed from play and 1 Celestial Counter is placed on that monster. Once per turn, a monster with a Celestial Counter cannot be removed from the field unless it is destroyed.| RULING: The effect to place Celestial Counters does not start a chain and cannot be responded to. Cards such as Bottomless miss the timing because the last thing to happen was a Celestial Counter being placed, not the Summon. This is a BKSS to the extreme, get over it. |Blessings of the Oracle| |Quickplay Spell| |You can discard this card and 1 other card to add an "Oracle of the Sun" from your Deck to your hand. Activate only if there is an "Oracle of the Sun" in your Graveyard. Select and activate one of the following effects: *Destroy 1 monster you control and draw 2 cards. *Destroy 1 monster you control, it is treated as being destroyed as a result of battle, and add the bottom card of your Graveyard to your hand.| Basically: First card lets Giant Rat effectively search a level 5, and makes the whole Deck not die just because they run Compulsory. Second card's first effect can be a +1 with Supay, Sangan, Dragons or Oracle, good because the Deck quickly loses advantage. The first clause might not be needed, but I like it to stop dead hands. The other effect works with Fire Ant, Shining Angel, Oracle, Sangan, Dragons and Giant Rat, and makes you think very carefully about which card you let go to the Graveyard first. Oh, and it's a Quickplay, so probably broken, but roll with it, Inca need something since Compulse is getting a lot of Main Deck space and every Deck you see can make Brio, Trish and Wurm at will. Blake
I LOVE INCAS! Also, I like these cards. Good support that is not unbalanced. Not sure on the Second card's OCG though... 8/10 Link to comment
-DOOM
I actually find the Celestial Counter OP. It's a "negate everything that doesn't help me" effect, that can be used in each turn. It is basically a solemn every turn. Link to comment

If your opponent tries to remove it and fails without having a second way, they're a bloody idiot and deserve to lose something else on another turn. Not to mention any destruction such as battle or Smashing changes to the other Dragon, making your counter go poof, so Compulse/ect can just wipe it away. It's only 'a solemn every turn' (hardly, considering it only stops things from removing a single card) against complete idiots, which I don't consider a problem. Link to comment
