Pics: 6/10 Effects: 8/10 Stats: 10/10 8/10 overall. good job. (I'm not rating synchros because I hate em, so I'm not counting the synchro.) He can have whatever picture he wants, as long as he doesn't base the card's names on T.V shows and such. which means, he can have whatever picture he wants.
