You can't use it offensively, so I doubt i'd ever use it. Also, most people set their spells/traps after the Battle Phase, during Main Phase 2, so its past its point of usefulness at that point >_>;

I really don't think we need a replacement for heavy storm...besides: a second mst, twister, dust tornado, trap stun, and even breaker if your feeling nolstagic...

Well you gotta think. The opponent almost never sets more than two S/Ts and if they're going on the offensive then they arent needing S/Ts. The trap part makes this card less usable. I think dust would probably be more usable than this, but i like this card. It could be used in a low number of trap deck like alot of the lightsworn decks i see on here.

With Heavy banned? I've seen people set 4 constantly. No reason not to.
