J-Max
Here is the video of one of the most talked about UK News stories. Forget about Wars and the flooding in Pakistan. Let's all focus out attention on a Cat being put into a bin. I am a Cat Lover but this story has been blown out of proportion. ALl I ever see is "Vile Woman dumps cat in Wheelie Bin"
Pikachu
The hot question: Did the cat ever get out?
J-Max
Yeah, after 14 hours the owner heard the Cat Meowing from the Bin.

♥ӞŁåƈʁӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ♥
Heard this on the News, she kept on saying... "It was a mistake, I am sorry" ...Not actually answering the question that everybody was asking her... "Why did you do it?"
poopybuttoxes
I would beat that lady with a whiffle bat for all the time the cat had to stay in the trash can haha. That would be funny. People do blow animal abuse waaay out of proportion. I mean, if people cared about animals then check this out. Like hundreds if not thousands of cows get killed everyday. Bet you didnt know that [/sarcasm]
J-Max
Supposedly the outcry is due to the fact that the Cat was being really friendly before being dumped. If however the cat was Hissing and Scratching I can guarentee the response would have been a lot different. I'm not being insensitive, I just hate it when the News Network is dominated by things like this. Just check out Google News for example. Over 1300 News Articles. Turmoil
Dude you should check out the news here in Taiwan. It seems like they're trying to put in a new news report for each minute, and to do so they have to spam random news like - the ipad - talented children - LONG known diseases/disorders - some weird shops - car/motorcycle accidents which happen ALL the time here yeah screw the kids starving in africa lets talk about this expert nail painter! Mehmani
This was funny. Though I do actually feel sorry for cat because being trapped in a wheelie bin is quite a nasty experience - I jumped in one and rolled down a hill for fun and got stuck. The Sun newspaper sent it lots of treats afterwards so that makes up for it. Animal Abuse should be punished with prison sentences.
Techi☺
I watched this for the fist time here. I read the stuff u said before it and I didnt get what was going on till I watched the video. I was thinking "this isn't all bad...Oh Shiz... she didn't... Slow mo?...(lol)" I think I've been sorta scarred by this video... I will never look at my grandma the same way again... (that old lady and her look alike). Now when she tries to tell me something smart all I will see is that old chick putting tha cat away like that. I'll probably laugh and get in trouble... Silent Omega
She obviously did it on purpose. Look at the way she rushes out of the scene and slams the trash bin. Unless she's blind then I don't know what kind of mistake it would have been to put a cat in a trash can. Also, the cat obviously didn't know what was happening. Considering it was throwing it's paws here and there after the woman picked it up roughly by the neck.
Mr.Phenomenal
People these days >.> Everytime i goto Msn.com i see this, when everyone asked her "Why did you throw the cat?" She said "I thought it was funny" Funny? More like cruel -.-

Ice.
I have three cats, so you can pretty much determine that I adore cats from that. If I saw that women do that, she would be in the bin.
Animal Abuse should be punished with prison sentences.
I love you. Bull3tM0nk3y
That woman should pay for what she did. I say we put HER into a can for 14 hours with no food, water or light and see how she likes it.

CMRenji
Darn, I was just about to make this Topic. I really don't like what she did, but I don't think this story should have so much hype. I really hope she gets community service or something for doing that.
poopybuttoxes
Jail time.... thats too much. I think a fine would be the right move. Lots of cats get hit by cars everyday. Are you gonna put them in jail?
CMRenji
I meant like 10 hours of Community Service or something. A fine could work too though. But you must realize, she through the Cat in a bin and left it to die.
