Lolly, Same. i Use it in my Spellcaster.deck, but i also use it in my Earthbound Deck, Dark effigy and Earthbound's Go well together.

It has it's uses, which doesn't make it terrible IMO. IMO, a terrible card is one that has no uses whatsoever. I use to run this in WC'08-09, If only to get higher level monsters out >.>.

Earthbound Immortals do work with Double Coston, but Coston isn't recruitable.

I don't really see any real use for this card. A -1 for swarm or a quicker Monarch isn't revolutionary.
