Card Lore

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand or your Graveyard by paying half your Life Points when a face-up "Malefic" monster you control, except "Malefic Truth Dragon" is destroyed by battle or by a card effect. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.

I forgot about Skill Drain lol

Thing is, with so many mass removal cards in use. I don't see this card, or most Malefic (Sin) monsters being used.

But what do I know? I'm no expert at Yu-Gi-Oh xD

UP'd effect since there are a lot of cards that can negate its summon, this i already see it as being a hated card, unless there is some awesome card that makes it worth running...5000ATK/DEF just make it even more likely to be destroyed and a waste of your LP (trap hole...and such)

I think Malefic Stardust could find itself played if Geartown or another field-card-centric deck was to become significant again (I've been messing with a Debris-Hime deck that utilized Geartown, MalStar, and then a small zombie engine with necroface to recycle mezuki and the true stardusts.), but Malefics as a deck-type have no hope. That automatically renders this card, which requires other Malefics, rather useless.

I have made an effective enough strategy combining ALL the malefic monsters (released in the TCG) with a Macro Deck. they are relatively good beatsticks, and if you want you can use D.D.R. to revive their counterpart or Return from the Different Dimension for extreme swarm. of course this card doesn't really help...
