hmmm... I'll try fixing OCG:

"Vaporeon" + 1 Spellcaster or Warrior-Type monster.
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from your side of the field to your Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card's Type is also treated as the Warrior or Spellcaster Type monster used to Special Summon this card. As long as this card remains face-up on your [b]side of the[/b] field, your opponent must pay 500 Life Points to activate any Flip[i]/FLIP[/i] effects on monsters they control. Once per turn[b],[/b] you can discard 1 card from your hand to force the activation of up to 2 face-down cards your opponent controls[i]/you can discard 1 card from your hand to activate up to 2 face-down Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls[/i]. [b]This card[/b] gains the full effect of the flipped cards. When this card is removed from the field, you can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 "Vaporeon" from your [b]R[/b]emoved from [b]P[/b]lay Zone. (if a zone all caps)

Other than that awesome card... I think you should add a attack twice effect for all Hybrids....or!!!!!

YOU CAN MAKE THE ATK EQUAL THE HYBRID AND THE DEF EQUAL VAPOREON SO WHEN ONE ATTACKS THE ATK AND DEF FLIPS SHOWING 2 DIFFERENT MONSTERS ATTACKING!!! ( i did this with my naruto set with 2 puppets on 1 card lol )

When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 Pyro-Type monster from your Removed from Play Zone in face-up Attack Position.

(almost Perfect OCG only 2 screwups... very minor though (not bolded)

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by flipping [b]1[/b] face-up Attack Position monster you control into face-down Attack Position. This card is placed on top of the face-down Attack Position monster. This card gains the effect of the face-down Attack Position monster. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove from play up to 2 cards on your opponent's [b]side of the[/b] field. If you use this effect, you must remove the top 5 cards from your Deck from play. When this card attacks, you can remove the top 3 cards of your Deck from play to remove from play the attack target. During your End Phase you must remove the face-down Attack Position monster from play to Special Summon this card in Attack Position. Otherwise[i]/If you do not[/i], remove this card from play.

I cant really fix.. no such think as face-down Attack Position..... so i'll keep that...
