It used to be good, the only real reason to use this in your deck would be if you main Dragoon. This card on it's own isn't terrible, but it's just not worth the tribute for a max of 4000 LP.

IIRC, the first rulebook for the game had a rule along the lines of "clearly explain all of your moves". So if you don't do that IRL too, you're breaking the rules of the game.

So yeah.
