The effect is kinda OP'd? The odds to one of the cards to be a monster is big, and you can destroy any card your opponent controls. But yeah, this card wouldn't survive a long time in the field.

Overpowered, it's a [b]Pot of Greed[/b] Effect with a [b]Man-Eater Bug[/b].
You could easily draw a monster, destroy 1 of your opponent's and get a head start in the duel.

Not even [b]Vortex Trooper[/b] has this kind of effect.

Limit the draw to 1 card, possible new (balanced) effect:
[color="#008000"]FLIP: Draw 1 card. If the drawn card is a monster, discard it and destroy 1 face-up monster on the field.[/color]

The +2 in itself is fine, as it is balanced out by the waste of deck space.

Drawing this monster is a -1, then using its effect is a +2, which is only a +1 in the end.

And nobody would stupidly use a BoM or something similar just to flip it face-down.

Well, maybe Book of Eclipse, but apart from that, no.

This card is not "super" overpowered. It can easily be balanced out.

Just, if the TC balances it out by removing the other effect, it will feel very boring and generic.[/b][/color][/center]
