Libra, The Universal Balance

Hi everyone!Icreated a new card based on the sign of Libra, which happens to be my sign:).First a little information about Libra to understand the stats of the card:

-The element of libra is AIR.
-It is the Seventh zodiacal sign
-It represents balance(of course u already knew that)

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Neither player can place a card on the field if his/her number of cards would exceed the number of cards that are on the field of the player who controls the most cards.If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect), select 1 card from your opponent's hand or side of the field and remove it from play.

Im not sure about the OCG of the effect, so i hope u can help me fix it:)Hope you like it and any constructive critisism is welcome:)

or something like that. Interesting effect. I like the first effect idea, im just not sure if you worded it right.

Thank u!! Thanks for the OCG fix, and i was a little confused because i checked cards(originals from the game) and some have different wording(the effect when it is destroyed, is took from wattfox,a new card.)I will wait for some more replies and the i will update the card.

Wow. I am loving it. The balance is perfectly, and that's fits with the theme. Picture is perfect, IDK why you didn't liked. If you could find a Scorpion picture like this, I would be very glad.

This card looks fun: If this happens to be the only card on the field when you Summon it, your opponent would be forced to have only 1 card on the field. Just 1 question:

If you Summon this card while you control no other cards (that is, you had only 2 monsters on the field, which were Tributed for the Summon of Libra), and your opponent had only 1 Spell/Trap Card when Libra reached the field, that means he/she cannot Summon monsters, activate Spell cards from hand (as he/she cannot control more than 1 card, even if the Spell would be sent to the grave instantly) nor set Trap cards, which means that he/she would be locked and you would attack directly with Libra for the rest of the turns and eventually win the duel?

Holy crap, setting the standards for us 2 stars pretty high, eh? I'm just joking with that last part. Anyway, Pic is awesome and effect is pretty cool, and dare I say balanced lol. ATK and DEF are a wee bit high for my taste, IMO should be 2500 each. I can see why you chose Spellcaster but I would think Warrior would be better since she is holding a big freakin' sword. That's pretty much it so I rate 44/50 Sweet plus a Rep because I'm jealous (I'm making a set and Libra is gonna be in it).

Hi!Thanks FTW for the rep!!. Frex , actually i thought about that aspect ,but i think that normal spells or quick play spells are allowed cause they dont remain on the field so u dont actually control them on the field.Anyways im not sure since i dont have rullings for it.Yes maybe i should lower it to 2500.I made it a spellcaster because i thinks it fits better with it.Cya:)

Fix here: "Neither player can place a card on the field if his/her number of cards would exceed the number of cards that are on the field of the player who controls the most cards."

It floats, which is OK and leaves the way clear for Mind Crush. It's better than LADD in certain matchups which could help this see some play in Frognarchs if it's ever made. Change it to targeted instead of destroyed and it'll be better.

7/10 because I like Kaiser Colosseum and it's balanced.

Thanks I will update it.One thing, why change it to "targeted", i mean why it would be better??.Each option has its pros and cons, but there is much more monster destruction than cards thet target, that are played nowdays.
