This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by
removing from play 1 "Cyber Dragon" from your Deck. This face-up card's Name is treated as
"Cyber Dragon".There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Other monsters
on the field cannot declare an attack. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card.[/b][/center][/color]

Seriously tho, an extra effect would be nice. Aren't Malefics normally DARK?

5/10 because it's balanced-ish.

I'm not even gonna bother with a full-sized Rant here......Other than the picture, it's a typical Malefic monster. All you did was take the Malefic effect and added Cyber Dragon as the name.

Why? Just......why?

Well it speeds up a Cyber Summon. You can also Normal Summon, but not needed really.
I don't know, could speed up Fusions.

Also, humans make mistakes. you made a LIGHT Malefic monster, for instance, so do not be so harsh.

There is nothing special about this. All you did was get a Cyber Dragon pic, add the red, and then just copied the Malefic effect. I have no love for this card.

I actually rendered, added new background, added spikes to the metal body, added a patter to its tail thing...

But I didn't just copy the effect either, i did add "treated as Cyber Dragon" too. But it's realistic cards, not put a 20 lined effect on a card.

Obviously I didn't mean to put an extended effect, but you really could have done something interesting with it, rather than have it be a pretty basic and weak Malefic card. The pic is good, don't get me wrong, but the effect leave a LOT to be desired.

Well I had to follow the standards, and didn't know what else to add, I thought the speed up of Fusion stuff was stretching it.

At first, I thought you could summon 3 of these in one turn and have a huge advantage but then I re-read the effect and saw that you couldn't do that.

So I think it's a pretty balanced, nice card. 8.9/10[/b]
