You can Special Summon this card from your hand in response to a successful coin toss by your opponent. If you Special Summon this card using this effect, you can Normal Summon it. This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
- Once per turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to choose the outcome of a Coin Toss or Dice Roll. Your opponent also gains the full effect of the Coin Toss or Dice Roll.
When this card is removed from your field, you can toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase and Normal Summon it. If you guess wrong, your next Draw Phase is skipped.[/center][/b]

I said to go easy on me... I'll edit the effect to make it a little more costly.

EDIT: Changed to make it a 50/50 Gamble with the Draw Phase skipped if wrong.

agreed. mad potential but just all over the place. man ur brian was working, but i just seems a bit too crazy. by toning it down a bit and making it a bit more realistic u have a hell of a card on ur hands i htink....ocg is a little rushed but it wa a quicky

Special Summoning effect is pretty much useless, it's effect that it gains after being Second Summoned is too inconsistent. The only [i]half[/i]-decent thing about it is the revival, and then again, if you guess it wrong, no draw phase. I'd rather just not even activate that effect.

But seriously, this card has few to none uses.
