When this card is activated you and your opponent must discard your hands and draw 3 cards. During each of your opponents Draw Phases, declare either a Spell, Trap, or Monster Card. If the type of card you declared was the card drawn by your opponent, they must discard the card. If the type of card you declared was not the card drawn by your opponent, you must discard 1 card from your hand.

Flame Dragon
The draw effect makes it a weak Morphing Jar. The fact that you can make it so your opponent ccan't draw only makes it worse. Broken.
Reasons: It is not worth pay 800 Life Points and risk to have one card of your hand discarded with a 33% of chance.
Problem is it's not a 1/3 chance. You forget that the average deck runs about 20 monsters. So assuming your opponent has 30 card left in their deck and they've already drawn 5 monsters, something that is very reasonable to assume, odds of you getting it right if you call monster is 50%.
