I joined Youtube in March '09. One of the first channels I subbed to was rgregorius. He uploaded episodes of Masked Rider Decade, the then-current season of Masked Rider. I'm a fan of Masked Rider, but Decade was pretty bad, but watchable, more than Den-O, Kiva, and it's following season, Double. Honestly, the series started to suck after Kabuto, and Kuuga is the best season after Agito and Ryuki IMO. But I digress.

So, this guy has been through 6 or 7 channels since I joined. Why? Because Toei keeps cracking down on youtubers uploading new Masked Rider and Sentai (Power Rangers in Japan) episodes. I can see why they'd do that. When you think about it, these people are uploading the episodes SHORTLY after they air on TV, and in the age of youtube where everything TV is available, Toei is more than likely losing money on DVD/Blu-Ray sales.

So rgreg, on more than occasion, has responded to youtube and Toei in video form. He states that he'll keep uploading THEIR (Toei's) series, and ends the video by showing a screen cap of Masked Rider V3 giving the middle finger while playing music from Masked Rider. Does anyone think that this a douchebag move? Also, this guy started a war another youtuber for stealing "his" videos of Double. I don't get why it's so important. If you type in "Masked Rider Double episode #* you'll get at least 20 hits of the same episode.

So, yeah. Uploading episodes of Masked Rider and Sentai is serious business.
