I might just start post-locking people for spamming like that in CC pretty soon. Its clearly written in the rules and implied correctly NOT to do such a thing.
But I did have a Sub-Zero MK Lock Icon. I realized it was tacky and started doing all locks anonymously except when something annoys me.

I thought a mods job is to be the good guy and set a good example for others, not the other way around now you guys are talking about witty comments and whatnot, as far as i know this how it goes you should only show the Thread Creator what he/she did wrong and then say LOCKED or This is now Closed i hope you learned your lesson, or something polite and professional like that... Then again what do i know.

This is the internet, no one corrects your fails, they just lock your fails

Correction, this is YCM and Mods do correct your fails and lock your fails. Were not some fail Forum who was an over flow of Spammers and Trolls, our Mods actually DO something. I just corrected your fail.

Epic Fail

This actually DOES happen, but you've probably experienced Crab Helmet or Yankee Lock a thread. Yet they seem to bring joy in all of their Locks, for example MarbleZone one of the General Mods corrects and lock. And some times he doesn't even need to post on the failed thread because other members have already pointed out the Noobs mistake and reports it to the mod, thus the Mod just needs to Lock it. But, if a experienced member a Veteran if you may, posts a Fail Thread then the Mods do a Witty Lock.

It's pretty simple actually... Noobs get corrected while the Experienced members get a witty Lock.

I wouldn't say a damn thing.

I would just do my 'job' and lock it. =/

This. Making arguments or insults is more often than not pathetic, given the fact that you're restricting anyone from responding to the post and barring yourself from any sort of retort.

Crab Helmet? Famous for locking threads? That is a very cool thing to be famous for.

I'd just lock it, there's nothing much to say.
