Is the correct OCG, I believe.

I like the idea though. Other than the OCG you get a 6/10! I would suggest cahnging the "2nd Edition" part. There is no such thing. Try "Limited Edition" or "1st Edition"!

well, if u want me to be brutally honest...

the card does the same thing as Lightning vortex, with RFP and added cost. i wouldn't use it in a deck, because there are spells like RETURN FROM THE DIFFERENT DIMENSION, DIMENSION FUSION and D.D.R: DIFFERENT DIMENSION RE-INCARNATION. 6.5/10

Now about the effect. Even if you chose either S/T or Monster destruction instead of both, it easily outclasses Lightning Vortex, which is... bad.
I'll say card is broken, but that's what you intended to do (judging for the topic tittle).

If you (Hypothetically) want to balance it. I'll suggest:

^in my opinion, that's balanced. Although depending on what you want it for....

Your pic is not the best either. The lightning is cool and all, but the rest of the image is too plain. Needs something else...
