chedbonlahor
Guess who's back If you control this card you must pay 500 Life Points during your End Phase, if you do not this card is destroyed. As long as you control this card, once per turn during your Main Phase you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and place it in 1 of your empty Spell or Trap Card Zones (A monster cannot declare an attack if it exists in Spell or Trap Card Zones. When this card is removed from the field, return all monsters to their respective sides of the field. If as a result of this card's effect, your opponent controls more than 5 monsters, your opponent must send monsters they control to the Graveyard until they control exactly 5 monsters. LiAM
So really, you pay 500 Life Points every turn to get rid of a monster, essentially, and if you play well, leaving your field clean? And what does it become in the Spell + Trap Zone, a monster still? If so, can it then attack? Or does it become a Continuous Spell? (Crystal Beast abuse). Plus Giant Trunade, just gather up a few monsters, use the spell and send them to your hand, so you can use them or discard them. Snatch Steal takes 1 monster for you to use at 1000 a turn, and even that got banned D: I like the idea, although it could have done something different, maybe there's a way to change its effect or balance it... CMRenji
Well, I must say, this is a very cool card with an original effect. Some people might find it OP'd, but I find it pretty balanced. This is probably some of your best work. 9.8/

The monster cannot attack in the spell card zone You are right though however, I thought that this was ballanced because you can only do it once a turn/ it costs 500 LP/ you lose a spell card zone/ when the card is destroyed all monsters return. However you talk sense I may have to ballance it further.
Actually, a monster is a monster regardless of where it is, and if the card does not specify that the monster cannot attack, then the monster can attack. Your card doesn't say anything about not attacking. It is an interesting effect with an interesting picture. Its a mega-nerfed Orichalcos with no ATK boost, which is balanced. Card might have problematic rulings. If you have lets say, 3 monsters in the S/T Zone and 3 in the Monster Zone. Then this card is destroyed, what would happen to the 6th monster? Sleepy
I just noticed its for your opponent's monsters xD Card suddenly becomes a lot better get rid of their monsters and do Token Spam > Repeat if the situation lets you > destroy this and laugh at your opponent because your Art took down their Stardust. LiAM
What I meant to say instead of "leaving your field clean" was "leaving your opponent's field clean". This card gets rid of the nasty monsters, destroying their strategy and allowing a few possible direct attacks a turn. Imagine using it against... Blackwing or Machina, maybe Infernities, could ruin the whole game for them XD.

Phantom M.C.
a couple of questions, then i'll rate 1. who controls the monsters when they're in the s/t zone? 2. can YOU, the controller of this trap, tribute/use as synchro material the monsters in the s/t zone? Phantom M.C.
ok, lets see here: it takes up your s/t zone 500 lp cost per turn possible monster destruction you can clear your opponent's field most importantly, the monsters' effects are not negated, so this trap is almost useless against monsters like stardust, which are used for their effects and not atk/def so its actually not that useful
