So here's the basic story.

So, all the people I mention in this story are freshmen in some New Jersey/New York college. Some Indian guy (let's stereotype and say he's smart) was asked if he could leave the room for the night by his secretly homosexual roommate. Now, I'm pretty sure we all know what was the homosexual man's intentions were. But, like the good roommate he was, the Indian guy left his dorm... with his eyecam on. So, he went to his Asian friend's house (let's stereotype and say she's smart). Long story short, he filmed (from the eyecam) his friend having gay sex with another man in his dorm. That is disgusting in its own right, but it gets even more repulsive.

The moron had the indecency to live stream it, [b]and[/b] comment about it on Twitter and Facebook. Now, he must have gotten a kick out of it, but attracting more people to it is retarded. So now you have this [i]secretly[/i] homosexual guy being filmed having gay sex and have it live streamed all over the campus, and now all of the college, his family, and pretty much everybody in existence knows he is homosexual. That's kind of an invasion of privacy, but alright. Smart Indian kids know what they are doing.

So, before some anti-suicide person comes in here, gtfo out. I don't want your ass here. Anyways, the homoseuxal guy jumped off the George Washington bridge, thus committing suicide. The end.

I don't really care much about the guy dying; it's not like it isn't sad, but it was to be expected. I'm shocked that the maximum (current) prison time the dude can get is only five years. Honestly, you drove a person to suicide. While it wasn't murder, I do believe the correct term would be second-hand murder, otherwise known as unintentional or indirect murder. And he's only seeing five years in prison.

On the bright side, the dumbass is kicked out of college. :]

Discuss morons, but more importantly discuss this story. I actually think the Indian guy is homosexual because he took such pleasure in watching his roommate. Let's see if I can drive [i]him[/i] to suicide - it sounds like fun!

2) "In the closet" gays shouldn't be having sex unless they can handle being caught.

3) If the guy didn't comment suicide then asian boy wouldn't be in any trouble. From what I can tell he accidentally left his cam on.

4) How many people would upload it? (I know I would for lulz)

5) I have nothing against homosexuals, but I feel it is more Mr. Suicides fault then the Azn guy.

2.) Not true, and none of your business either way. It was his choice to have sex, so that really sucks for what he "should" have done.

2) Most of the news topics on YCM are nobody's business but we have opinions anyway.
3) You did not specify in your story that it was on purpose. Consider opinion on number three changed.

5.) No, I'm neither. How was it the victim's fault? If someone drives you to suicide, they should easily be charged for second-degree murder. If someone is bullied which causes them to kill themselves, would you simply let the bully off scot-free and assume that the victim was just mental or incorrect in suiciding? Suiciding is not idiotic in any form of the word, you are obviously generalizing all suicides into one category which you assume to have no reason. I'm sure that if you were a homosexual that did not want to come out of the closet but it happened on accident, you'd consider suicide. I'm sure we all would, but you haven't been put into that circumstance so you don't know, and thus base your idiotic comments about suicide on your lack of knowledge.

I want to make a point that supports point 5: Some Irish girl came over last year, or year before, and was bullied by other girls in the grade, because she hooked up with the star quarterback, yada, yada. Said girl comitted Suicide after the torture, and her tormentors were put on trial. So, what's different here?

I'd say it is generally the same scenario, since it's quite obvious that the Irish girl commited suicide because she was being tortured. Second-degree murder, but different scenario than this case.
