This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "The 7 Chaos Emeralds". Put Shadow Counters equal to the number of Shadow Counters that was on the "Shadow the Hedgehog" that was used to summon this card on this card. Once per turn, you may remove all Shadow Counters on this card to inflict damage equal to the number of Shadow Counters removed x500 to your opponent's Life Points.

I did, but for it to be what I wanted, it couldn't have been a Ritual Monster. But I did consider it.

The cards are good... except for Shadow. If you don't have the trap that negates his destruction by removing the tokens, all they do is harm you. You should add an effect like "You can remove five Shadow Counters from this card to destroy one face-up spell or trap card on the field." All in all...8/10.

But that would make him too over powered. That's why I made it that way.

Pretty good so far. Got some feeback for you on the wordings of some of the cards and some of my own suggestions. As always, I just like to start of by saying you are free to use or not use this advice.

Shadow.
When this card is summoned successfully, put 1 Shadow Counter on it. Every time this card destroys an opponent's monster [b]as a result of battle[/b], put [b]1[/b] Shadow Counter on this card. During [b]each of your Standby Phases[/b], take damage equal to the number of Shadow Counters on this card x100.

Just a couple of minor re-wordings here. Also, if your wondering why I changed the Main Phase to the Standby Phase, consider this: you have two Main Phases, one before and one after the Battle Phase. If you don't specify which Main Phase the effect is active in, ecspecially with an effect that involves damage you could find it quite easily being interpreted into both phases. Thus I generally think it's better to put effects like that in the Standby Phase. You've only got the one and we know it works.

The Emeralds.
This one is fine.

Super Shadow.
I'm aware Mephiles gave you some help on the re-wording of this already but it could do with just a little more tweaking. Something like:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "The 7 Chaos Emeralds". Put [b]a number of[/b] Shadow Counters [b]on this card[/b] equal to the number of Shadow Counters that [b]were[/b] on the "Shadow the Hedgehog" that was [b]Tributed[/b] to summon this card. Once per turn, you may remove all Shadow Counters [b]from[/b] this card to inflict damage equal to the number of Shadow Counters removed x500 to your opponent's Life Points.

Chaos Emerald.
Again, just some re-wording. Also, you missed out something rather vital in the text.

This card can only be equipped to [b]a[/b] "Shadow the Hedgehog". [b]Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can[/b] add 1 Shadow Counter to the monster equipped with this card.

The 'Once per turn' was the vital part. Otherwise you could just add and add and add all in one Main Phase. The 'you can' part I added is entirely optional. I just thought you might want to make the addition of the counter optional but you can keep it compulsory if you wish. I was going to change the last part to 'to the equipped monster' but it really means exactly the same as what you've written and I'm not so picky as to think it matters quite that much.

Chaos Control.
Again just a bit of re-wording/editing.

[b]You can only[/b] activate this card when [b]a "Shadow the Hedgehog" you control[/b] is attacked. Whenever [b]a "Shadow the Hedgehog" you control would[/b] be destroyed, remove 2 Shadow Counters from it instead. [b]If a "Shadow the Hedgehog" you control has less than 2 Shadows Counters after the activation of this effect[/b], destroy this card.

The last part was slightly difficult (as it always is with rather unconventional effects) but I think I've managed to re-word the effect you were trying to get.
