Whats that called when someone who isn't a moderator acts like moderator? Oh yeah, mini-modding. Picture - awful and blurry 1/5 OCG - First sentence worded completely wrong. Make sure to capitalize Extra Deck, Special Summon, Standby Phase, etc.. 1/5 Effect - Seems op, but that all depends on how easy the Goku and Vegeta cards are to Summon.
