OCG Help

Okay, I know I've probably got the OCG wrong on the following card, but I'm posting here so I can ask what would be the right way to write this effect. It'll be helpful for carsd in the future too, and help will be greatly appreciated. So, if you know how it would be phrased, please re-phrase the way I've put it in the correct way.

Here you go:

"Activate only if your opponent attacks with a monster with 1500 ATK or less. Negate the attack and gain Life Points equal to that monster's ATK."
