[/quote] The current effect isnt really that drawback demanding. ......Unless you claim the 2nd effect happens more then once, but that would be just plain cheap. But as it is, its a 1-tribute with 1900 ATK. Most commonly used monsters now-a-days can easily run it over. So for the most part, its balanced. Slightly underpowered, but balanced.
