Didn't this used to get used during the Plasma Control era?

One of the few level 4 token producers, which can get cool with Synchros, and you're going to get at least one token just from summoning this. Makes Raviel pretend to be playable.

The 300 damage each is sort of meh, if only because it happens only during the Standby Phase.

The burn effect almost never really gets used anyway >___>

If the burn could be used during the Main Phase, it'd be better. You could deal maybe 600-900 damage and then do whatever you were planning.
